Do I qualify for medical marijuana?

The bottom line is: if you are suffering from anxiety, pain and/or insomnia medical marijuana may help.

What does the process involve?

Register online or call for an appointment

You will be contacted by phone to gather pertinent information regarding your medical history in order to confirm you qualify for medical marijuana

An in-person visit with our physician to get your medical marijuana certification

After certification, Florida requires that you complete the process by logging on to the state's Medical Marijuana Use Registry and paying their annual $75 fee.

Florida requires that you recertify with your physician every 7 months.
